I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be inferred based on the
semen analysis report of your husband you have furnished.
1. Semen volume is 4 ml, which is normal.
2. Sperm concentration is indicating no sperms at all with zero
sperm count.
Hence, it is a case of 'azoospermia' in which there is complete lack of sperm in the ejaculate. The following could be the reasons for it:
(a) There is a problem with sperm production.
(b) There is a blockage in the tract and hence, the sperm production although normal, cannot reach the ejaculate.
